Papua New Guinea UV release silicone oil

Zero VOC emissions and a water-based formulation: The water-based plastic replacement oil uses water as its solvent, resulting in nearly zero volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during both production and use. It complies with the EU RoHS and REACH standards as well as the U.S. ASTM F963 heavy metal content regulations, completely addressing the air pollution and occupational health risks caused by the volatilization of organic solvents in traditional oil-based coating processes.

Product Description

Zero VOC Emissions and Water-Based Base: The water-based plastic replacement coating uses water as its solvent, resulting in near-zero emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during both production and use. It complies with the EU’s RoHS and REACH standards as well as the U.S. ASTM F963 heavy-metal content regulations, completely addressing the air pollution and occupational health risks caused by the volatilization of organic solvents in traditional oil-based lamination processes. Biodegradability and Recyclability: Its core components—such as waterborne polyurethane and bio-based polymers—are biodegradable in natural environments. Waste packaging can be directly sent to the paper-recycling process without the need for separation, realizing a circular economy model with "zero plastic residue." Take, for example, the "water-based polymer surface micro-film coating technology" developed by Dongguan Anxin Technology. This technology employs a micron-scale mesh bonding structure that enables the film layer to achieve molecular-level encapsulation of paper fibers, preserving the physical performance of the coating while effectively resolving the issue of plastic films hindering paper recycling. Low Carbon Footprint: Carbon emissions during the production process are reduced by more than 60% compared to conventional BOPP lamination processes, aligning with the global trend toward "de-plasticizing and reducing carbon emissions." For instance, after adopting this technology, a certain cosmetics packaging company reduced its annual plastic usage by 120 tons and cut its carbon emissions by approximately 380 tons.
